Mid-week services:
PLEASE NOTE Internal decoration of Christ Church has begun. Services will continue as normal, but the church will not be open for quiet reflection during the week.
Midweek Communion: Thursday 9.30am at CC
Place Of Welcome: Tuesday 1.30-3.30pm, CC
Evening Prayer: Friday 5.00pm, CC
CHRISTIAN AID WEEK The total raised across the parish was £2183.21 – a slight increase on last year`s total. A very big “Thankyou” to you all for your support again this year. Angela Williams
Christ Church Worship Committee. The first meeting of this new group will be on Monday 15 June, 7.30pm, at the Rectory. This is open to all church members: please let Rev Phil know if you’re coming or if you would like to be involved in future but can’t make this first meeting.
Standing Committee meeting: Tuesday 16 June, 7.30pm at Rectory.
Mother’s Union: Thursday 18 June, 2pm in JR. Guest speaker: Alteration to our planned speaker; we will now welcome Stuart Cross.
Lifted Hearts: meet on Thursday 18 June, 7.30pm in JR.
Trip to Chester Saturday 20 June. Coach departs Good Shepherd at 9.45am. All places have now been taken.

RECYCLING : Please bring in any unwanted spectacles/ sunglasses which will be sent for re-use in countries across the world. Thankyou!
Prayer Lists: Both churches maintain lists of those we pray for regularly, kept at the back of church. If you want to add a name of someone to be prayed for, you are welcome to do so. Make sure you obtain their permission first. Please put your name alongside so we can get an update on how they are doing.
